Message sent to all our customers.  We never said wel or our team will not make mistakes, we are humans we all make mistakes but when we make mistake in your size spec or we get the shade not matching your pantone code we will tell you first and offer a discount for our mistake.  We will not ship the goods knowing its wrong.
